Pneumatic Kinetic Interception System

THE WARCHLAK. Counter-UAS Kinetic Interception System

Warchlak: Close-Range Drone Defense

A pneumatic, high-rate-of-fire counter-UAS platform firing 6mm steel projectiles. Designed for area protection against FPV drones threatening critical civilian infrastructure: airports, hospitals, power plants, and refineries. AI-powered autonomous targeting. No heat signature. No collateral risk.

FPV Drones:
A Growing Crisis

Small, fast, and cheap: commercial FPV drones have emerged as one of the most asymmetric threats to civilian and military infrastructure in the modern era. Existing countermeasure solutions are either prohibitively expensive, operationally limited, or create significant collateral risks.

Laser systems, microwave emitters, and net-launchers cost tens to hundreds of thousands per engagement. Warchlak changes the calculus entirely with a kinetic steel-ball solution that costs a fraction per round.

  • FPV drone attacks on infrastructure rising sharply across Europe
  • Existing C-UAS solutions cost $50K–$500K+ per system
  • Critical gap in short-range, rapid-response engagement
  • Friendly fire and collateral damage risk with conventional weapons

How Warchlak Works

A pneumatically-driven, jam-resistant saturation weapon engineered for the modern counter-drone battlefield.

01

Pneumatic Kinetic Kill

Compressed air drives 6mm steel balls at high velocity with no propellant, no heat signature, and no explosive components: safe for deployment near critical infrastructure.

02

Area Saturation Fire

At 8,000+ RPM with a configurable dispersion pattern, Warchlak saturates a kill zone with hundreds of projectiles per second. Even highly agile FPV targets cannot evade a coordinated burst.

03

Jam-Resistant Feed

The proprietary feeding mechanism has demonstrated near-zero jam rates in extended testing. Designed for reliability under operational stress conditions.

04

AI-Powered Turret Mount

Designed for integration with autonomous AI targeting turrets for fully unmanned operation. Continuous pushing recoil enables stable platform tracking even at maximum rate of fire.

05

Zero Fratricide Risk

Steel ball projectiles dissipate energy rapidly over distance, enabling safe mutual fire support between friendly units without collateral damage risk.

06

Cost-Effective at Scale

6mm steel balls cost pennies per round versus thousands per laser pulse or missile intercept. Warchlak makes sustained C-UAS operations economically viable for municipalities and military units alike.

Protecting What Matters

✈️

Airports & Aviation

Perimeter protection against drone incursions that threaten flight operations, passenger safety, and airspace integrity. Autonomous AI turrets provide 24/7 coverage without operator fatigue.

🏥

Hospitals & Medical

Secure critical medical facilities and helipads from drone surveillance, payload delivery threats, and operational disruption, without risk to patients from conventional countermeasures.

Power Plants & Utilities

Energy infrastructure is increasingly targeted via FPV drones. Warchlak provides cost-effective layered defense for transformer stations, nuclear facilities, and grid hubs.

🛢️

Refineries & Industrial

Chemical plants and refineries present catastrophic risk if struck by drone-delivered payloads. Non-explosive interception keeps the engagement zone safe from secondary ignition hazards.

🚀

Military & Defense

Vehicle-mounted configurations provide armored units with close-in drone defense and safe mutual fire support corridors. Compatible with autonomous turret AI for reduced crew exposure.

🏟️

Events & Public Safety

Mass gatherings, government buildings, and diplomatic venues require scalable, deployable C-UAS that operates in populated areas, where kinetic energy dissipation makes Warchlak uniquely safe.
